As EC3 planned its upcoming tenth anniversary, as well as its first multi-year grant application to the OAC, the organization invited a group of arts leaders – including practicing artists in many disciplines and many stages of their careers, arts administrators, and arts advocates – to attend a series of online roundtables. Attendees were asked to comment on EC3’s programming to date, to discuss their own needs and the needs of their community, and to offer suggestions for new initiates and program areas that EC3 could explore.

There were three 90-minute sessions, taking place over Zoom.

Attendees were offered a $50 honourarium for their participation.

Following the Roundtables, a report was prepared with highlights from the meetings, which was presented to the EC3 Board as part of program planning.
