PJ Thomas
Poets of Nogojiwanong is a legacy project that seeks to connect our community to local professional poets. It was collected in 2024 as a Peterborough Poet Laureate legacy project.
In late May 2024, PJ Thomas released the third book in The Water Trilogy; Drifting. Thomas has been writing and publishing poetry in the Kawartha Lakes region for six years. Her poetry focuses on the natural beauty of local geography, love, and the interconnectedness of humanity. Her first two poetry collections, Undertow and Waves, were greeted with critical acclaim. Ms. Thomas makes her home with her cat by the Otonabee River.
