Stevie Lanigan, 22, (He/They) is a passionate poet and writer dedicated to sharing glimpses of their inner world and voicing experiences they wish they had heard throughout their life. Thriving on the stage, Stevie finds joy and comfort performing at poetry slams. Their work delves into the complexities of being queer and trans, as well as navigating mental illness. Storytelling is central to Stevie’s writing, weaving narratives that resonate deeply with their audience. Currently, Stevie is compiling a collection of their poignant and powerful pieces for a self-published chapbook.
