Chantel Daniels
Poets of Nogojiwanong is a legacy project that seeks to connect our community to local professional poets. It was collected in 2024 as a Peterborough Poet Laureate legacy project.
Chantel Daniels’ poetry has been published in various online literary journals. She was longlisted for 2023 PulpLIT Magpie Award for Poetry, and won second place in the Northwestern Ontario Writers’ Workshop (2023) writing contest. Recently, Chantel’s work was displayed as part of “Renaissance on Hunter: the Poetry Gardens Project.” She’s featured at the Cobourg Third Thursday Reading Series and has recently completed her second collection of poetry through Humber College’s post-graduate Creative Writing program.
